IBF shortlisted for the next round of Framework Contract Commission!

Seeking for consultants and local partners!

Currently contractor on 10 Framework Contracts, IBF is actively preparing the next round of Framework contract Commission due to start in January 2011.

The objective of Framework contracts is to provide short-term technical assistance and studies in any field covered by the cooperation and development programmes for countries outside the European Union covered by external aid.

IBF is actively preparing lot 1: Studies and Technical Assistance in all sectors, for which our company has been shortlisted.

For this purpose IBF is seeking for consultants and local companies worldwide, willing to join our network and available for short-term assignments in the following field of expertise:

  • Social development / employment / eradication of poverty
  • Environment / climate / natural resources / energy
  • Education
  • Food security
  • Health
  • Rural development
  • Civil society
  • Trade / development of the private sector
  • Human rights
  • Development policies
  • Migration
  • Governance / state reform / security
